Born and raised in New Orleans I am committed to my City. I enjoy all the things that makes New Orleans so special, wonderful music, festivals, great food, and our  unique characters.

I have 2 children,  Henry and Nandi. We enjoy a healthy physically active life together. I adjusted my children just moments after their births, giving them a jump start on their physical health.

Working out is a passion of mine, including but not limited to swimming, cycling, movement exercises and postural improvement exercises.

I have always enjoyed my work  as a Chiropractic Physician, as the years have passed, Chiropractic Manipulation and Rehab have become a true passion for me.  I enjoy taking this passion and applying it to help my patients feel better.

If you are reading this, you must have a problem you are trying to solve, I look forward to helping you solve your problems.

I grew up in the Midwest where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Biology at University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in St. Louis, MO.  I have been involved in public health nonprofits focused on health equity including an AmeriCorps service year I completed in New Orleans. This is where I found an appreciation and love for the city and community.

My mission is to serve my community by providing high-quality, patient-centered care to help individuals return to the activities they enjoy.  My approach includes individualized manual and active care to help individuals reach their goals. Outside of hands-on care, I provide education and self-care techniques to maximize performance and/or empower individuals in taking control of their pain experience.

In my free time I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, training for triathlons and races, exploring local restaurants and festivals, teaching yoga, and cheering on the Saints.
